I’m Back!

Wow… it’s been months since I last posted to my site. Apologies to anyone who’s been on the edge of their seats waiting for me to post new recipes. The last six months have been quite a whirlwind! I recently purchased a new place and got a new job, so my poor blog has been put on the back burner for quite some time due to the life’s stresses.

But I’m back! And have a lot of tasty recipies to post over the next little while. I also will be hosting a “Back to Cooking School” class at Russell-Hendrix this September, so stay tuned for details about signing up.

I also want to thank Emma, the wonderful assistant that I have for my after-school children’s class, and her mother Anne who gave me this wonderful housewarming gift! It was so nice seeing my logo on this gorgeous, hand-painted ceramic piece… Love it!
