Let’s Get Saucy Workshop a Success!
I just want to extend a thank you to all the participants who made it out to Now You’re Cooking’s first public workshop at The Depanneur last Monday.
The evening went well, and “Let’s Get Saucy” allowed each participant an opportunity to expand their cooking repertoire when it came to working with a bechamel sauce. The white sauce pizza with tomato and basil was a rich meal, and the chili con queso dip was a hit as everyone waiting for their deliciously gooey mac and cheese to come out of the oven.
