Ingredients
1pineapplepeeled, cored and diced
2firm mangoespeeled, de-seeded and chopped
1red pepperdiced
1jalapenominced
1medium red onionfinely diced
1limejuiced
1/4cupfresh cilantrochopped
salt to taste
Instructions
Combine the diced pineapple, mango, red pepper, jalapeno, red onion and cilantro in a large bowl.
Squeeze in the lime juice and add salt as needed. Stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to combine.
Notes
You can eat this dish right away, but it taste better if it's been refrigerated for a bit.
