2cupswalnut piecesor pecans
1egg white
1/4cupwhite sugar
1/4cupbrown sugar
1teaspoonwater
1teaspoonvanilla extract

1teaspoonnutmegground
1/2teaspoonallspiceground
1/2teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment (or by using a hand whisk), beat the egg white until stiff peaks form (about 2 minutes). Add the water, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and mix until well-combined (about 30 seconds).
Remove tray from oven and slide the parchment paper with the nuts onto a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely. Break apart and store in an airtight container.
Don't throw out the crumbs that are left when you break apart your baked, candied nuts! Put them in a resealable bag and they're the perfect topping for ice cream or cheesecake.
