sour cream

red food colouring

chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper liners.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt with a whisk. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, egg, sour cream, milk, vanilla and food colouring.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients by stirring until moistened and properly combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
